A mixed income building for Seniors 55 years and better located in the Lakeview neighborhood, including studio, one and two bedroom units.

Renaissance North

Located in Old Town, a mixed income building with studio, one and two bedroom units for former CHA tenants, market rate and low-income tenants including the homeless and disabled.

Lyndale Place

A “family” building located in Logan Square. One, two and three bedroom apartments for low income individuals and families including the homeless and disabled.

Renaissance West

2517 W. Fullerton Avenue

Affordable studio apartments in Logan Square for low-income individuals including the homeless and disabled.

Wicker Park Place

Wicker Park Place
1527 N. Wicker Park Avenue

Currently closed for redevelopment. Scheduled to re-open in Fall of 2008 as a studio apartment building for mixed income individuals including the homeless and disabled.
