2009 PROGRAM OUTCOMES

Over 400 unduplicated people were served by RSSI from January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009.

• 92% of clients remained out of the hospital for the entire year.
• 100% of clients remained in supportive housing for the entire year.
• 85% of clients paid their rent before the 5th of each month for the entire year.
•   100% of clients know how to develop a budget.
•   95% of clients were assessed to see if they qualify for mainstream human service program benefits.
•   85% of clients have developed a savings plan or have a savings account.
•   100% of clients have achieved at least one goal on their service plan.
